Sustainable Airport Mobility Plan (SAMP)

Before changing the way people travel, you first need to understand how they travel today.  Where do they come from? Which options do they have? What makes a more sustainable choice easy, or impossible? 

Understanding travel behaviour is one thing. Turning those insights into practical action is another. That is where the Sustainable Airport Mobility Plan (SAMP) comes in. Developed by Brussels Airport, mobility consultancy LuxMobility and airport partners, it translates the needs of passengers, employees and partners into concrete actions. From better information and improved routes, to mobility services, incentives, and data-driven decision making.  

Toulouse Airport also applied the SAMP to better understand its own mobility patterns and define the next steps towards more sustainable airport access.
