CargoRun

The CargoRun project explored a smarter and more sustainable approach to landside cargo movements. By introducing an innovative Milkrun concept, import cargo from a single ground handling agent was consolidated and delivered to multiple freight forwarders using one shared vehicle.

This approach helped optimise vehicle utilisation, reduce driving kilometres, streamline cargo flows, and improve operational efficiency across the cargo community. In doing so, CargoRun demonstrated how greater collaboration can contribute to more efficient logistics operations and lower emissions at the airport.
