The Road Feeder Services (RFS) project aimed to improve the predictability, real-time visibility and operational efficiency of airport-to-airport trucking flows arriving at BRUcargo.
Traditional manual email-based and local booking procedures are difficult to scale across multiple operators and airports. As a result, they can lead to congestion at ground handling facilities, longer truck waiting times and suboptimal resource planning. The platform addressed these challenges by enabling trucking companies to book flexible handling slots that dynamically adjusted based on live truck ETAs.
