Fresh fruit, flowers and other perishable goods cannot afford to wait. But paperwork and quality inspections can slow things down. Better coordination can make a real difference. Digital tools help inspections happen when shipments are ready. 

Before certain goods can enter the country, they must be inspected by food safety authorities. Timing matters. If inspectors arrive too early, they have to plan another inspection. If they arrive too late, the shipment waits. The Inspection Management App (IMA) allows partners to share information upfront and helps everyone stay in sync.  

As soon as a shipment is ready for inspection, food safety authority FASFC is notified and can plan its work accordingly. Inspectors can also share their findings digitally in real time, so missing information or other issues can be addressed immediately. 

By reducing unnecessary waiting and allowing inspections to happen at the right moment, the platform keeps time-sensitive goods moving more smoothly through the airport.
